How credits are consumed

Each action the agent takes consumes credits. Actions that visit the web or process large content may use extra credits. In general, the more steps are executed or larger content is processed, the more credits it consumes.

This applies to both planning and routine execution.

Here is a detailed breakdown:

Credit usage order

  1. Daily free credits are used first.
  2. After daily credits are consumed, monthly subscription credits are used.

Daily Free Credits

You receive 20 free credits every day. These credits reset to 20 at 00:00 GMT each day and don't carry over.

Monthly Credits (Pro)

With Polytrail Pro, you receive 20,000 credits per month. These reset to 20,000 at 00:00 GMT on the 1st of each month while your subscription is active. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

Monthly credits can only be used while your subscription is active. Example:

  1. You subscribe on July 20 and receive 20,000 credits.
  2. By July 31, you use 3,000, leaving 17,000.
  3. On August 1 at 00:00 GMT, your credits reset to 20,000.
  4. You cancel on August 1; the subscription remains active until August 20, and you can use August credits until then.
  5. You use 15,000 credits by August 20, leaving 5,000; after August 20, the subscription expires and remaining credits are inaccessible.
  6. You re-subscribe on August 25; the remaining 5,000 from August become available again until the reset on September 1.
